I can't find the fuel filter on my 04 accent GT. It isn't under the rear seat panel like the hyundai site shows. Any ideas?

it is under rear seat -under the cover silconed to the floor-it just has quick connects on nylon lines

I have looked under the panel just like hyundai motors shows it to be, but it is not there. I know it sounds crazy.
