How do you change the rotors on a 1998 hyundai accent?

take off the wheels, then the calipers (two bolts), then caliper bracket( two bolts), if the caliper isnt rusted on it should pull off, if it is and your not gonna use it again, hit the back of the rotor with a hammer to break it loose. If you are then find two screws to put in the holes (they are around the same area as the holes for the lug studs and are a small) and screw them in evenly till the rotor breaks free.
