You can get an logon ID for free, and access to the service manuals is free. The guide covers all the little hitches (for instance, a lot of the time people don't get a password sent unless they go back and hit the "Forgot Password" link after they've registered). It takes a little getting used to the way things are organized, but once you learn it, it is a great resource.
