2003 Elantra owners: what size speakers are in your doors?

Checking Crutchfield and Car Domain shows both 5.25 and 6.5 inch speakers recommended for the front doors in the Elantra. Those of you who have already been down this path, what did you use? Was an adapter needed to make the speaker fit the mounting hole?

stock speakers are actually all 6-3/4 inch diameter.

Thanks for the info, Doohickie. Have you replaced the speakers in your red GLS? If so, what did you use?

Nope, not yet.  I added tweeters, a subwoofer and a new head unit, and it's good enough for now.
