I've had a problem for a while now where when I have my car at a stop (doesn't matter if it is park, drive, neutral, etc...) my needle jumps between 500-1000 rpms and if I take my foot off the brake the car lurches forward. Anyone have any ideas how to fix it? I've taken it to the dealership multiple times for this and they can't seem to fix it or even find the problem.

Maybe Check the Throttle Position Sensor, it didnt go out on my Tib, but on an old galant thats what it did, just a guess though.
