I have a 2005 Elantra and it has been making a whinning noise everytime the steering wheel is moved. It is a newer car so I didn't think it could be power steering fluid. But i just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this and if changing the fluid will solve it or is it a bad power steering device and it will always make noise. Please help, Thanx.
