The 2005 Hyundai Elantra is a 4-door, 5-passenger family sedan, available in 4 trims, ranging from the GLS 4-Door to the GT 5-Door.
Upon introduction, both trims are equipped with a standard 2.0-liter, I4, 138-horsepower engine that achieves 27-mpg in the city and 34-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional.

Good info that most people that own an Elantra
SHOULD already know before they bought the car, but
not everyone looks at that info before they buy it.
