97 accent electrical problems..help

we have a 97 accent dash lights are not working, when key is turned off left side turn signals stay on all the time, also blinkers don't work. we have changed all bulbs with correct bulb spec. and replaced steering column light switch assembly. replaced all fuses under dash in fuse box and also fuses in fuse box under hood on drivers side any help would be great ,thanks

I had the same problem, but mine was a fuse. You might want to look behind the heater switch where the main wiring harness is, you may have a short.
