Dash Lights and other electrical issues HELP!

Is this a fuse problem, relay problem or something else? Any ideas?

1. Dome lights don't work on "door" setting
2. Dash doesnt light up at all
3. power windows don't work
4. keyless entry doesnt work
5. the tail lights don't light up with the headlights on, only turn on when brake is pressed

This all just started today!

Sounds like a fuse problem.  What year is your car?
