Defective Horn

I have a UK 1995 Accent Coupe. The horn does not work properly, When I press the the horn it either does not work at all, works but not very well (it is low then high etc) or it works fine.

Where is the horn located so I can replace the horn sounder to see if this clears the problem, or check for loose a connection?

Or if you have any other suggestions as to the casue of the problem?

i have a 1995 accent myself look under the front drivers side behind the bumber. it should be there. there is only one horn.

I have a 95 and my horn **** the bed to. I just said the hell with it and tore it out. Now you have cut down on your road rage
