Does anyone here have exprience of replacing Elantra handbrake cable?
My Elantra is 2003 2.0 diesel.
I have one cable snapped.

It should still be under warranty. Take it in to your local Hyundai dealership and have a professional take a look at it for you.

I second that, but if it is not in warranty, I would think it is a job you could do yourself. If you remove the rear wheels, you can see the attachment for the cables. I think removing one screw is necessary to alow the attachment to swing and free the end of the cable. At the other end, removing the center console is pretty easy; just three screws on each side near floor level, and lift over the gearshift and brake handle. If you're going to do it yourself, I might be able to find a procedure for adjusting them.

Thanks guys....did the job meself and it was quite straightforward..warranty is now kaput after disgreement with Hyundai over what exactly constitutes broken or worn parts..
