evaporating system??????

I am having problem starting my car after each fill up only I have a 2002 Santa Fe 2.7 4WD

After filling up...... I have to turn the ignition a few times before my car would start...... some times I have to hold the rpm up in till would stay on


Then the car is running fine in till the next fill up........ starts up with no problems
