Good Mechanics

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good mechanic in the Vancouver/Lowermainland area that won't completely milk me for my 96,000KM tune up.

Also, I have a 98' Tiburon and ever since it was new periodically the "check engine" light comes on and usually disapears or sometimes the computer has to be reset by the dealer but they always say they dont' know what the problem is.  Last time I was told "The computer could be going"  which kinda annoyed me since it's been doing it from day one when my brother bought the car and they always said it was nothing and now that I've purchased it from him it's still happening and it "could be the computer"  has anyone ever experienced this?
