HELP PLEASE

i want to install new lights behind my dash board and dont know where to find just blue bulbs or how to install them.  Also how to take out the dash... PLEASE HELP SOON  i really really want to do this soon because i plan to sell it and i want it to be especially awesome for the buyer... so if anyone knows where to get covers for the lights or directions or ANYTHING will help
