How can I access gauges? 02 sonata

I have ordered a overlay to make my gauge face white. Does anyone know if the whole dash must be removed to get to the gauges or can I access them by removing the black plastic part? I have removed the three screws to the black plastic piece but it still does not come out.

I have done this before. Take out the three screws from the plastic piece. That pops out. Use a flathead screwdriver or something to pry it from the bottom. There will be four more screws to get the actual guage cluster out. unscrew those and pull it out, disconnect the wires, and then the clear plastic piece can come off. the needles from the rpm, speedo, gas and temp guages just pull off. take off the 'stock' piece and replace with the one you got and then put everything back together. have fun...
