How do I put this front end cover on?

I just got a bra for my '03 Tiburon.  The bra is from Hyundai and I got everything to fit right except the area around the wheel well.  The instructions say to attach it to the fascia, but I have no clue what that is.  I don't see anywhere in the wheel well readily accessible for te "S" hook in the bra, but I may be blind.  Please help me.
