Leather Seats??

I was just wondering if anyone knows if there would be any issues if I had my seats on my 04 Sonata redone in leather. I just don't want to mess up the air bag system, or would it just be better to find a junked Sonata and get the seats from it? I would much rather just redo the ones I have, if anyone has any advise please let me know.

 If you have the leather seat covers put on you vehicle they will need to have the side airbag kind. If you just cover the seats if the airbag in the seat was to deploy it can cause bodily harm unless you use the proper seat covers and it is done by a professional .

Yea that's what I thought too...I was going to have all the seats redone in leather but I'm not sure if I would trust anyone doing this or not....I'm an EMT so I know how important the airbags really are.

Yea I sure don't want to get in a fender bender and get a broke neck from the air bags...lol
