if i was to lower my 97 coupe... would my ride go bumpy and harder.. this is the case on most cars.. are there variables.. to keep the car smooth??

When you lower the car go with the struts as well. I like when people just put springs and say there done. They don't even get algin. Come'on people. If I where you I would get some really nice springs and go with a adjustable strut. That would be the best bang for your buck.. Good luck..

If you can get some tower bars even better..

ok.. so u rekkon adjustables will match the standard ride quall... im not lookin 2 go for a bumpier ride..

If you want a lower and smoother ride, I would go with a set of coil-overs

i used to have the ground control coilovers with eibach springs and i was always amazed at the ride quality. there are other factors involved though like weight in the car, the condition of your struts, tires, etc

I have always liked Eibach's products. Tien is also a good suspension supplier.

You should also check into H&R springs..
