Newbie here, help plz

Just bought 06 sonata lx w mp3.   2 questions.
I saw a post on 05 etc but not 06 on how to hard wire a wire from back of unit thru ashtray to directly plug in IPOD. & what kind or type of cord is it & how hard to get to it etc..
 
Also would like to stop the chiming when you drive off without putting your seatbelt on..  for safety reasons dealer wont even tell me how..

Not sure about the ipod thing, but you're stuck with the chime; there is no disabling it.  It is part of the body control module.  (At least I'm pretty sure it is...)
