No indicators - turn signals?

Newb on this forum but a regular on RX7club, I just picked up a great buy, 97 Accent running and clean for $300.

I have a problem though, the turn signals are not doing anything, no lights, no sounds, hazard light work fine and visual inspection of lights seems fine.

is there a hidden fuse for these, I inspected mine and they seem ok, but have no cover or manual so I'm not sure which is the actual turn signal fuse.

Is the indicator switch prone to failure.
