Reccomend a Car Diagnostic software for Hyundai

As stated, looking for a reccomended car diagnostic software which i can install on my PC, any version, any operating system. Or perhaps, anyone suggest a car scanner/reader which is ideal for hundai's?

Any OBD-II reader should work for recent Hyundais.  It is pretty much standardized now.
 
One thing I do is when my Check Engine Light goes on, I take the car to AutoZone and (at least in my area) they read the codes for free.
