Yes, just simple bolts. You also have to take out some of the trim pieces, but I can help you out with that; I've done that before. I would recommend buying or borrowing a torque wrench and making sure the bolts are tightened to the proper torque. I bet most of the cost is the parts themselves. You'll save the labor money doing it yourself, but if you are buying new belts it's still going to be a significant expense.
Why do the belts need to be replaced?

thank you for your rapid reply. one sunday morning the driver's side belt just stopped retracting. i know i am a big guy, but i've never had that problem before.

There are two things you need to know if you want to do it yourself:
1. How to get the trim off to remove the belt. It's really easy and I can help you with that.
2. Make sure the bolts that hold the belt in are torqued properly; remember, your life may depend on it!
