My car a hyundai Elantra 2000 got its engine overheated(my own negligence) and after adding coolant too it is giving trouble in starting and it gives a knocking sound when I try to start it.I think its a starter problem.If you guys can give me some idea

If the car is spinning over fast and just wont crank, well bring it to a shop. Now is the starter just not engaging?
