Hi.
I have a hyundai sonata 1995.
My right front tire? makes this "thumping" sound and it's driving me crazy
What is going on with tire?

go to a tire store which sells this tire, and have them check it out. If it is a defect, then they will deal with it.

tires have metal "belts" in them..when the belt breaks,...it can make for a repetitive thumping sound.

It could be shifted belt or a flat spot..
