I have a 2001 Elantra VE and right now its an Automatic and I would like to make it Manual and I was wondering if it is possible to Convert from auto to manual in a 2001 Elantra VE?
If so where would i get a compatible manual transmission and roughly what might that cost?

A swap is possible but it is alot of work. You will have to find a tranny from another of the same make, actually a tib trans might work, but safety sake get the same make and post again for help. You should expect to pay for anywhere from 500 to 750 bucks.
