I have tried to remove the stero. I took the center counsel trim off, but it is connected to the climate control center. How do I go about removing this? It is an 2003 4 door Accent GL. Thanks in advance.

 

Lol, I ran into this same problem but it's actually quite simple. If I can figure out how to post Images, I'll run down and put a couple on here for you. Once you get used to it, it's easier than a lot of cars out there.

There are two metal cables hooked onto white (I believe) large plastic "gears" to the right of the gas pedal under the drivers dash. You have to remove the metal cable from the black clip, and then remove the circular end of the metal cable from the white plastic "gear". Do that for both cables and you should be able to pull out the whole dash piece. Don't try to do it another way, its going to be harder to put back together.
