Has anyone tried to remove the Powertrain Control Module from a 2000 Elanta? I have a Haynes manual for this car but the info in it is bogus. It says to swing the latch that holds the connector on , then pull the module down and disconnect the connector and then slide the PCM out of the mount.

I can swing the latch down, but the module won't come out and the left hand end of the connector won't disconnect.

Any ideas????
