Default Oil on my Coupe Spark plugs - Please help

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew a solution to a problem with my Hyundai MVI S Coupe 1993 Automatic.

I have oil covering the 2 right hand side spark plugs. I don't seem to be burning alot of oil from the exhaust but I have noticed a lack of power recently.

All suggestions welcome !

Thank you for your consideration

I think the problem may go deeper than valve seals. If oil is getting on the plugs then it is in the compression zone. Which means that one or more of your piston rings may be fried. The comp check that patrick suggested is a good idea and if you have one that is way low chances are thAt is your bad ring.
