Default brake maintainence for a lonely guy

hi all. see, theres this girl i like, and her accent gs (i figure it to be a 00, maybe an 01), needs the brakes changed [8D]. i own a 01 vw jetta, and i just recently changed the brakes on that without any difficultly. from what shes told me and what ive read, im pretty sure she only needs new fronts. now, is this the kind of thing ill be able to do in an afternoon without a manual intuatively? im a fairly handy dude, so im pretty sure it shouldnt be a hassle. anyone done their pads before? is it easy? difficult? whats involved? thanks for any help!

First remove the wheel -- this may take a hammer to loosen the press fit rim to axel shaft.

Open brake fluid reservoir cap to allow for fluid expansion.

Remove only lower bolt of caliper and swing up.

Remove pads, this may take a hammer with a short screwdriver to 'walk' the pad(s) out.

With an appropriate size "C" clamp -- slowly sweeze the piston back into the caliper. Be very carefull not to hurt the rubber boot.

Drop new pads in. I used Raybestos.
