had this code come up 3 times, 1 time 48k miles dealer change out O2 before cat cleared up lasted couple of months but 2time 61k miles p2096 was internal cat failure change out manifold and both O2's.1 yr later 72k miles again P2096 and internal cat failure,I fuel up same place using gulf gas have car serviced same dealer anybody else have this issue?
