The heat control unit to select which vent does not work. Cannot select floor, vents, defrost, defost/floor. All it does is blow out the vents. Any suggestions???

 

look at blend door motor for movement.. possible control head concern.. motor physically connected to linkage and door stuff ?

 

Haven't pulled apart yet. Hope to do so today and visually check to see what is going on and whether there is any movement as you suggest and linkage appears intact. I had same problem with Subaru except it blew out all vents so wasn't as big a deal. Ended up getting replacement from junk yard which worked great. I don't have defrost which is the problem and daughter heading back to College tomorrow. Also not sure what I will be looking at since never took apart before.
