Hi all first time here but im having some problems with my 01 GT

For one it seems that i dont have enough braking power they seem to drag a lot and it has new rotors and pads all around...There is a soft pedal but it goes back and forth and seems fine at times could it be both the master and the booster???

And on fuel problems ive just replaced about the entire fuel system except the dampner is was very hard to get off but when i replaced the fuel pump its very loud when it primes and when in idle usaully when its colder old its a beck and arnley fuel pump

i have a very rough idle as well it has new plugs wires and all the tune-up stuff

please have some input if possible ive been chasing these problems for a long time now
