rear brake rotors

rear brake rotors
I've tried removing one of my rear brake rotors. Have taken off the brake caliper and its mounting bracket, disconnected the brake cable and removed 2 scews from the rotor. Still something holding it on. Is there a connection to the emergency brake? Appreciate any help.

Okay, that helps as some Hyundai cars use the rear calipers for the emergency brake. However, your Elantra uses a small drum brake assembly inside the rotor hat as the e-brake. Can you turn the rotor by hand easily? Does it make any scraping noise? Can you wiggle the rotor slightly or does it feel as solid on the hub as it did with the screws still in?
If the rotors turns easily with little or no sound from the e-brake shoes my guess is the rotor is seized onto the hub from corrosion. That's not uncommon and happened to my 2003 Tiburon in only 2-1/2 years. If the screws that hold the rotor to the hub are out and it's just seized on like I expect, here's a trick to get them off:
