Angry Getz Timing Issue

I have a 2007 Getz 1.4. I had the head gasflowed, ported, polished and the cams re-profiled. According to the guy that did the conversion, the removed 122cc on the intake ports an d 95cc on the outlet ports. It made no difference what so ever on the performance. I thought if the cams is reprofiled it will idle a bit rough, but there is no difference. I had a freeflow and branches installed,(Wildcat Branch, 50mm Freeflow). That made a small difference at 4000 - 5000 RPM. Is this because one of the cams might be out by one or more teeth or did he bull**** me with the conversion?

It's a 1.4L Getz . . . . what kind of "performance" were you expecting?
