Hi,

can anyone help with disconnecting the Door chime when you open the door with the key still in the ignition.

It drives me crazy as I need to open the door often without taking out the key.

I know it is a safety thing, but I don't need it.

its usually behind the dash. find location by sound. remove the necessary interior panel to access and pull wire. done.

 

Ah, i was looking on how to do this too. My door chime gets on my nerves =X lol

 

ha yeah i hear you. i pulled mine out of my accent ages ago and threw it in the trash where it belongs.

easiest way to find it is just use your ear.
