Fuel Door Won't Open '07 Santa Fe
'07 Santa Fe - having intermittent problem when actuating the fuel door opener on the driver door. We're having to use the mechanical cable in the rear quite often. When I pull the switch button nothing happens - no " click " of the solenoid. Occasionally I can be driving playing w/ the switch and .. "click" it will work. Any suggestions to help me avoid the dealer would be welcome.
(( Edit: ahhh, it's called a " Filler Opener ".)) I'm also having a tough time finding the part number for the door switch if anyone can help (assuming it's bad). All I find is the mechanical release in the rear 1/4 panel.
thanks,

There is no tough time getting part number...
Phone call or visit in person to the local Hyundai dealer parts dept will provide you assistance in getting the number and part ordered for you.
Send me a VIN via message here, I can likely have number for you and reply before lunch is over..

Part number
It looks like the part number you need for the filler opener is 935552B000(XX). The last two Xs will change between J4, J9, and WK, according to what trim you have. This information would be in your VIN. With your VIN I could have this part number to you, and a wholesale price from us as well as a shipping quote and how long it would take to get to you (approx).
