Good morning, the fuel fill vent valve located on top of the fuel tank keeps getting charcoal in it,which does not let the tank vent while fueling. i removed the charcoal from the valve and it works fine, but on next fill up same issue, charcoal is back. Any ideas on how to stop this from happening??

 

Yes, stop overfilling your fuel tank. Stop filling when the pump clicks off.
