Hi everyone
i just bought 07 Sonata CRDI tiptronic and it turns out it has problem when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear: rpms jump up and i feel the kick.
it is not that noticable when shifting at 50kmph, but worse when shiftin at 60kmph.
same on Drive or when shifting manually

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

A 2007 Sonata is still covered inder the 5-year / 60k mile warranty for the second owner. Go see a dealer to have it fixed for free.

 

Unfortunately its 3 years here in New Zealand. and this expired 1 year ago. so no chance to get it fixed by a dealer.

Does anyone have troubleshooting manual for tranny?

i had one on primera P12, was absolutely awesome, but trannys can be different.
