45,000 mile service
I've just purchased a used 06 Sonata that I've put 2,000 miles on no problems. I'm not sure that the 30,000 mile service was performend since I wasn't the owner and don't have any indication that it was. The service card indicates that at 45,000 miles the Oxygen Sensor and Canister should be changed. I've just hit 46,000 miles so should I go to the dealer and specifically ask that those be changed as well as air cleaner filter and fuel tank air filter which was what was specified for 30,000 miles.
Should I go and ask that those speccific things be done because I hear they tack on alot thats not mentioned? Has anyone else had these things done and what should they cost? I'm a college student and work part time so I don't want to waste money either?

Don't bother with the o2 sensor or canister. The 02 sensor would be covered under Hyundai's warranty (60k) if it goes bad. Making sure you keep up on regular maintenance. Oil changes, coolant flush every year or atleast a drain and fill, ect.
