Hyundai Sonata 2015 2.4 GL Brake noise problem
Just got brand new Hyundai Sonata 2015 GL last year. The engine is 2.4 L DOHC. There has been only 7000 miles driven so far. In the short period of time since i bought, i have experienced braking noise problem. This has been happening for a few days. Just had it diagnosed today, and still no sign of brake noise. Plus the customer service was quite poor. Gonna try others for confirmation after thoroughly diagnosis for braking noise problem.
Today, i explained the braking noise which appeared out of nowhere, i told him to check it. In response, i was told it was only 7,000 miles driven, therefore there is no need to check it. Other [from his department] did test drive and reported the similar braking noise problem which attested to my case. As usual, that guy kept insisting it is nothing serious. I forced him to diagnose the engine. I am not sure whether he had it diagnosed or not, which is why i am try again in where i bought it from - which is bit far.
I was told it could be ABS, Anti-lock Brake System in result of snow driving experience. Since i am new and i am gonna have it diagnosed again, i could use advice and help on related to braking noise problem.

It is a dealers duty to inspect a customers concern. If the dealer turned you away because you only have seven thousand miles there is a problem. If there is another dealer in the area I would suggest going to them for future repairs, hopefully they treat you better.... It may be related to the attached campaign.

Sometimes when the car is not driven every day and for longer than fifteen minutes
The rotors can develop rust. Usually it is on the inside part of the rotor. The brake noise is the pads rubbing up against the rust.
One can try driving for longer periods and doing more city driving where one uses the brakes more often.
Or, one can spend the money and replace the rotors.
However, since your car is unknown to me, I would suggest taking the wheel off and turning the steering wheel to get a look at the front rotors.
It may be something else.

Thank for the solutions, guys. I am gonna have look at "SONATA FRONT BRAKE CALIPER INSPECTION AND REPAIR" in pdf to familiarize with, and also i am gonna try all the options above. The dealership i am going is where i bought it from, and their customer service is top notch. The one i had it diagnosed is only walking distance away, hence first choice was the obvious choice for diagnosis.

Thank. Turns out it is nothing serious, just little more driving was needed. It is ABS activated due to snow driving experience sometimes can be fixed to normal by driving little more on road snow-free. I think it has to do with safety for ABS system.
