Grinding noise from front
I would suggest you inspect the repair you made before anything else, one of the brake pads or the caliber didn't go back in correctly. You have to do it ASAP, I bet you’ll see what’s grinding!
If that doesn’t reveal anything. Jack up the whole front and block the back wheels to prevent rolling.
Front wheels hanging loose in the air and have a friend put it in gear and give it a little gas and then hit the brakes. Do it again turning the wheel from left to right. You place your self near the front and listen to see where the grinding sound is coming from. Double jack stand the front on both sides for safety and keep away a safe distance.
Usually it’s a miner problem. Use brake pad grease where the pads slide back and forth top and bottom. Also look at the clips for the pads it could be just that grinding if it in wrong.
