I have a 2006 Tib 4 cylinder. The issue is with my left turn signal, its not working. Ive thought about replacing the relay but im also thinking about just replacing the BMC unit

Im having some issues with the part number.
HMC Part Number: 95480-2C410
Vim 233

When selecting a new BCM unit does that HMC number have to match?
I was thinking about getting this one?

But im not sure if all the numbers have to match.

Any info about the number system would be most helpful.
