I have an air bag indicator light on. Does this come from the BCM also?

 

I have the same thing but it may not be the BCM if that's your only symptom. Tibs seem to be notorious for this problem -- probably something with the wiring under the driver seats tripping the light. There's a recall out there for it but not all cars qualify for it (as in mine didn't).

Also, what year and mileage? High mileage 03's seem to have BCM related problems....

 

i have a 08 tib se and my light is on also.

 

Take it to a dealer and have the computer scanned for the error code. It could be any number of things.
