Yes, I was pulled over a couple of days ago because my rear brake lights were not working. Though, the third light on the fin was. I have seen where there has been post of when all brake lights are not working but not just two of them. I have 5 more days to get this fix or I will have to pay the ticket. The lamp holders are not getting power to them. Can anyone please help me save myself about $150. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Chris

 

There is a recall for basically every Hyundai for the stop lamp switch. Go back to the dealer and have them check/replace it:

I contacted The local hyundai dealership and they said the Tiburon was not included on the recall. Thanks so much anyway.

 

What year Tib? I believe the dealer is incorrect. 2006-2008 are part of the recall Click the Recall Tab:
