I have an 05 Tucson 4x4, for the past month the airbag light came on and stayed on in the cluster. I didnt hit anything what so ever. Can anyone help me try to get this light off or have any ideas why its on?

 

First thing to check is under the front seats. There is a sensor in the front seats that tell the computer if they are occupied. If the connector fell off (from sticking something under the seat) that would cause the light. If the connectors are on tight, you'll need to go to a dealer and have the computer scanned.

 

Ok, Yeah I did check under the seat and it is connected. I guess nothing in the relay box would do it huh?

 

SRS light -----> scan it, and recover the DTC(s), then the DTC will tell you which particular circuit you need to deal with ...
