Front Suspension Work

Front Suspension Work
New to the forums here. I don't own a Tucson, but my wife has a 2006 2.7L V6 FWD. She just had it in for an oil change and the guys said her ball joints need replaced. We bought the car about 2 years ago with 130k miles and don't know what the previous owner(s) have had done. But if the ball joints are going out, then I suspect I might as well overhaul the front suspension before getting it aligned, and wanted to get some advise on what items are recommend to replace.
Here's what I came up with.
I'm also considering the strut mount, but I replaced them once on my Saturn Vue and they worked great for about 6 months, then just started rattling again. Could have been the brand I used (forget what it was), but I've also read aftermarket mounts can be notorious for this, so wanted to get some opinions. There not really an issue at the moment, so figured it might be best to leave well enough alone. But if I'm replacing the struts...
Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

- Ball joints*
- Tie rod ends (inner & outer)*
- Lower control arm*
- Struts
- End links
- Sway bar bushings.

Total so far is < $500, and I'm doing the installations myself. Control arm bushings look shot, and the struts could definitely be replaced. Figured I'd toss in the rest and get it all done in one shot since I'll have to take it in for an alignment after anyway.
