air bag light
I have had air bag light in past on 2 occassions which dealership fixed. They told me a wire was loose in seat somewhere. I have poked around but have yet to find loose harness wire. Best locations to look?

Air Bag Light Resolution
I purchased my 2003 XG350 L new. Up until recently, have had very minimal complaints, other than the drivers air bag light constantly turning on.
Over the years, I've had it addressed many times (at no cost), coupled with what seems to be everyone's standard dealer's statement of: "The sensor is located under under the drivers seat. If you move the seat it gets deactivated". In my case, Ive been the only driver, so it rarely, if ever gets moved. Regardless of that fact, whats the point of having the 2 position drivers seat memory feature if this is the case?
Most recently I had the timing belt replaced (at 82,000 miles) and hopefully addressed the air bag light issue for the last time. My dealer rerouted the air bag sensor wire under the drivers seat (again at no cost) and so far (3 weeks now) all is good.
How your dealer could charge you for Hyundai's obvious design flaw, I dont know. But I would demand a reimbursement (write the corporation if necessary) and have this safety feature fixed properly asap.
Good Luck!
