Do you have the owners manual? Check pages pages 3-68 thru 3-72. It's part of the trip computer. The TRIP button cycles through different things to display: Tripmeter1, Tripmeter 2, Distance to Empty, Average Fuel Consumption, Instant Fuel Consumption, Average Speed, Elapsed Time, Digital Speedometer On/Off.

The specific one you are on in that picture is Elapsed Time. Meaning, you've driven for 83 hours and 16 minutes since last resetting it.

 

Looks like elapsed time; time from starting from a stop.
