Default Question about hyundai ATF

Brought Genuine Hyundai Fluid SPIII ATF off of Ebay. After changing the fluid, I realized that the ATF had no metallic seal on the cap which needs to be puncture. Is this normal? Even most of the oil used for oil changes have this seal now. Paid 8 bucks per quart and had no seal on it. I feel like it could be a cheap imitation.

Did the cap have a break-off ring at the bottom? If it did, there's no need for a seal.

Yes it did.. I guess i shouldn't worry so much about it. I just got worried since the people on youtube have a metallic seal on their hyundai ATF fluid.
