Cool Does Hyundai Read this forum?

I wonder if Hyundai Corp ever checks out these forums to see how owners are responding to their vehicles.

If so, this may be a great opportunity for us to give them some helpful feed back.
Things like;

* What we do and don't like about our various rides,
* Things we'd like to see in the future,
* Things we think are dumb and should go away.

Why should JD Powers or Consumer Guide be the only way an automaker gets input?

What do you guys n gals think?

I hope that they do monitor the forums. They are not that busy from what I have seen as a new member so it won't take much time.

They could learn what present customers think. I checked the forums before I purchased a used Santa Fe.

I meant that the forums are not too busy. Not the staff. Good customer relations should dictate that they monitor the forums.

No. There are way too many Hyundai forums for them to monitor them all. That's not what they are in business to do.

as a Hyundai salesman, that is the very reason i joined this forum! hoping to learn the pros and cons of the vehicles, not only to overcome objections, but to better learn the product!
